The Monogram

Monograms have been used for many years as signatures for many things, but gained the most popularity and use in the early 20th century. In the 1920's and 1930's the monogram was in the height of fashion and the classiest gentlemen and ladies had theirs on their most fashionable pieces.

The classic monograms most people will recognize are monogrammed towels or the always classic monogrammed piece of jewelry. A monogram is made from two or more overlapping letters to form a symbol or design. The most recognizable would be the first, middle, and last initials of ones name.

Types Of Mountain Biking

As a sport or a hobby, mountain biking can be split into 9 different categories.  These categories are very versed in what they offer.  They are:

1.  BMX
BMX is a style where the bikes offer 20 inch wheels. These bikes are commonly used at skate parks or with dirt jumps.  Because of their smaller wheels and shorter wheel bases, BMX bikes are much easier to perform tricks and stunts with.

2.  Cross country
This type of mountain biking involves riding your bike up and down hills.  Although it's the least extreme form of mountain biking, most cross country riders are very fit and go on long rides.

Where To Find Guidance on a Radio Controlled Project ?

Undergoing the entire complicated process of building a remote controlled model is a very daunting thing to do. If you are passionate about getting to know radio controlled hobbies better than anyone else, then you will definitely have to start somewhere. However, with no previous experience you will probably run into quite a few hitches as you work on your project.

For example, if you are building a model airplane and you plan to install a motor in it, there are countless things that could get in your way. Maybe you don’t understand how exactly to piece together the wings. Maybe your plane catches fire every time you try to run it. Maybe you don’t even know where to start.

No matter what is getting in your way, there are many ways that you can get past it. A good start for any radio control project is to find plans or blueprints that you can follow for the entire length of the project. You can buy kits that include all of the pieces, or you can find plans on the internet and cut your own wood.

Tongue Tattoos

Tattoos are a hot commodity these days, becoming more and more popular than they have ever been in the past.  There are hundreds and thousands of different designs and styles of tattoos to choose from, giving you the chance to express yourself.  Although tattoos are very popular, the new trend that is rapidly taking effect in the world of tattoos is known as tongue tattoos.

Although many aren’t familiar with tongue tattoos yet, they are just now starting to take shape.  They resemble other designs and styles, although they cover the muscle known as the tongue.  There are tattoos that cover the entire tongue, or just a single area.  In most cases, those who already have them, chose to have their tongue tattooed a certain color.  Whether it be purple, orange, black, or blue, the tongue can be tattooed a variety of different colors.

Basic Yoga Lessons for Women

If a woman wants a healthy way of life devoid of any strain and stress, she should start her day with yoga. First things first, when you roll out of your bed, sit onto a mat on the floor and hug your knees to your chest. Then raise your legs in the air and stay bottoms up until your head clears. Next stand up and drop your forehead to your shins until you feel ready to tackle the toothbrush and get on with your day.

Waking up doesn't have to consist of pouring coffee down your gullet to shock yourself alive. Many women pile up an array of small violences against themselves from the moment they wake up caffeine, cigarettes, abrasive exercises or no exercise at all. Lots of faddish fitness programs today have this violent approach do 50 leg raises or pound your body jogging on the pavement or jump around to a rhythm not of your own making.
